Where are your products made?

Most supplement companies don't make their own products. They order from factories and put their name on the bottle. We do the opposite — we built our own facility in Cobourg, Ontario. We press the oils ourselves. We fill the bottles ourselves. We don't add fillers, synthetics, or preservatives. And we've been doing this for over 20 years — because Ian built this company after his own health crisis, not to start a business.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?

We source our seeds and materials from around the world, always selecting only the highest quality available. Locations may vary depending on seasonal and regional availability.

Can I take these products with other supplements or medications?

We recommend a 1–2 hour gap between supplements to support proper absorption. If you’re taking prescription medications or have specific health concerns, it’s always best to consult your doctor first.

How do I get the most out of my products?

Start with one product. Use it every day for two weeks before adding another. Most people feel a difference in energy or sleep within the first week. If you're not sure where to begin, start with Ease Magnesium it's the one most people notice first.

What is the return policy and how do I initiate a return?

Activation Products has a 60‑day return policy, you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return:

  1. Make sure you are within the 60‑day window.
  2. Reply to your order confirmation email indicating which items you wish to return.
  3. Securely pack the returning items to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Wait for instructions from the Returns Department on how to proceed.

How do refunds work and how long do they take?

Activation Products will notify you once they’ve received and inspected the return to let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. When the refund is processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact them at support.ca@activationproducts.com

What are the terms of Auto‑Delivery subscriptions?

Subscription orders have a minimum 60‑day term. After the first 60 days, Activation Products requires 10 business days’ advance notice to cancel Auto‑Delivery subscriptions. This notice allows the warehouse time to prevent the next order from shipping. Adhering to this policy helps the company offer discounts for Auto‑Delivery. Some conditions may apply; placing a subscription order indicates a legally binding acceptance of these terms. For concerns, contact customer support.

What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, contact Activation Products immediately. They will evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Any product that has been opened should not be included in your return.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS 

Products should be stored at room temperature avoiding direct sunlight. Temperature changes during transit are perfectly fine—just allow your products to return to room temperature naturally before use.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PETS AND CHILDREN?

While it’s true that pets and children can benefit from many of the same nutrients, they require them in much smaller amounts. Because every individual’s needs are different, we don’t provide specific dosage recommendations for pets or children at this time.

We have fulfillment centers in Canada, the United States, and Australia. Your order will always ship from the location closest to you for the fastest delivery possible.

We do our best to have every order shipped as quickly as possible. At this time, express shipping options are not available. Shipping rates are determined by our couriers and vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of each package.

USA Free Shipping: Orders over $129 ship free.
Canada Free Shipping: Subscription orders over $199 ship free.

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that some countries may have import restrictions or additional customs requirements that can affect delivery times.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If something isn’t right, we gladly accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in the same condition as received.

Your first bottle is fully covered. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 60 days of delivery. We’ll refund the purchase price of that product — no questions asked.
